New: HERR and JESS establish joint sales and distribution
System solutions more and more important. The user requires easy operation, uncomplicated handling and fast service. We at HERR have reacted to this growing trend: Since July 1st 2021, we have combined the sales and distribution of HERR extraction system solutions with welding power sources from Jäckle & Ess System GmbH, operating under the brand JESS WELDING.
JESS WELDING develops and produces high-quality arc welding and plasma cutting equipment. With immediate effect, Ralf Weber, Managing Director of HERR, has taken over the management responsibility for their sales and distribution, marketing and product management departments. In an additional function, Thilo Schmitz, Sales Manager at HERR, has taken over the Sales Manager position at JESS WELDING, specifically for the countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He is now responsible for the sales and service processes of both companies, thus supporting the planned growth strategy.
Like HERR, ABICOR BINZEL or Thermacut - to name a few - JESS WELDING is also a member of the IBG Group (Industrie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft) located in Cologne.
Development into a system provider
The development of all companies within the IBG Group is changing from component suppliers to system solution providers. The broad positioning of the core brands within the group also offers many development opportunities in the future in order to be able to provide customers with holistic offers for their individual applications.
