Producing goods environmentally friendly – naturally at HERR
When it comes to optimizing production processes, companies are increasingly focusing on sustainability. As a manufacturer of exhaust air purification systems and products for all aspects of occupational safety, we are a company that focuses on sustainability thouroughly – and not only with our product portfolio. At HERR Industry System GmbH in Burbach, we use two photovoltaic systems for our production process, which cover our entire electricity consumption.
»Think green« from A to Z
The first photovoltaic system with a nominal output of 144 kilowatt hours has been in operation since 2012 and has so far generated over 1.1 million kW, saving the impressive amount of almost 800 tons of CO₂. After installing another photovoltaic system in 2019, we have been able to avoid an additional 177 tons of CO₂ emissions and also generate environmentally friendly electricity. In this way, it is not just our products themselves that keep operating costs low and protect the environment.
The exhaust air purification systems with the appropriate filter technology from HERR Industry System GmbH ensure clean air for companies in their work environment. All core parts of our filters – the filter cartridges – are made in Germany and therefore high quality work. They efficiently absorb even the smallest nanoparticles, which can then be properly disposed.
